Dave Whyte______________________________Managing Director david@whyteconstruction.co.nz 027 457 0365 03 348 0173 Dave started his career in construction with an apprenticeship in carpentry, eventually leading to starting Whyte Construction on his own. The company grew to the size it is today, and continues to do so.
Dave is married to Pam, and his interests include water sports, boating, fishing, Motocross, gardening and supporting sporting activities his two active daughters participate in. |

Pam Whyte______________________________Administration Manager pam@whyteconstruction.co.nz 03 348 0173 Pam started her accounting career at an early age at an accountant's office in Oamaru, before moving on to the National Bank. Her bubbly personality is infectious and is attributable to Whyte Construction's friendly reputation. As Administration Manager, Pam is responsible for the financial side of the business.
Pam is always there for her two daughters, is a great support to Dave, and enjoys getting away for the weekend. |

Danny Rowe______________________________Quantity Surveyor Manager danny@whyteconstruction.co.nz 03 348 0173 After qualifying with a Diploma in Construction Management, Danny pursued his career by working on commercial projects and environmental site remediation for a medium to large tile panel commercial construction and development company. He thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of remediating major contaminated sites in Sydney for redevelopment.
He maintains his passion for the outdoors by hunting, scuba diving, and spearfishing with his family. |

Simon Sunderland______________________________Project Manager simons@whyteconstruction.co.nz 03 348 0173 Simon got involved in the building industry via the normal channels completing his apprenticeship with Advanced trade certificate. He is a Licenced Building Practioner and holds his Site 3 class licence enabling the management of all types of residential and commercial construction.
He enjoys a good cup of coffee, mountain biking, spending time with his family, and is an admirer of fine architecture. |
